Selling Real Estate as a profession can be very rewarding. The joy of helping someone achieve their dream of home ownership is very exciting. It does not matter if this is their first home or their fifth, it is still my job to make sure they are continually informed about the process and that they have professional representation.
My team consists of the lender and an experienced real estate attorney. This insures that my clients will have all of their financial and legal questions answered.
In this market I have had clients upgrade to larger homes with inground pools or more ammenities. Some have downsized for convenience and less maintenance. Of course all of my clients’ situations are different and this is what makes my job so interesting. It warms my soul when everything comes together and we accomplish our goals.
This career gives me the flexibility I need with a family with school age children. I can go to their school to have lunch with them or bring forgotten items to them. Since I set my schedule I am able to pick the children up from school when I need to. This career allows me to schedule, or have special time with my husband spontaneously. Lastly it pays very well!
